The advertiser may make adjustments to the campaign in any way that he believes will help to improve the performance of the campaign or reach a better audience, which in the advertisers point of view, is more suitable for the client.

VedioWorks advertising services are provided exclusively to adults, meaning individuals who have reached the age of 18 years. By using VedioWorks services, you guarantee and confirm that you have reached the age of 18 years.
VedioWorks advertising services are provided exclusively to legal persons and entrepreneurs, registered in the manner prescribed by the law. By using VedioWorks services, you guarantee and confirm that you are registered as a legal person in the manner prescribed by the law.

VedioWorks reserves the right to review and assess the client’s video prior to setting up the ads. This is undertaken to ensure that your video does not go against Google’s Advertising policies. In the event that the video provided is going against Google’s policies, as decided by either us or the Google company, VedioWorks has the right to refuse advertising your content.

For reporting purposes, data directly from Google Ads is used in dashboard. The information here is not altered in anyway and is based on the campaign results inside the Google Ad account created for the purpose of your campaign.

Costs and Payments for Advertising Services

VedioWorks role is to manage the clients’ YouTube Ads campaign that does not include Google Ads and YouTube Ads running cost. Clients can define their own daily or monthly budget to run YouTube Ads and can pay directly to Google for their services.

Subscription Policy

Both monthly as well as yearly subscription are set to automatically renew every month or year respectively. It is the customers’ responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the next payment if they wish to cancel their subscription. When a customer cancels their subscription, they will maintain upgraded access through the remainder of the Term that was paid for.

 Refund Policy

The client may choose to apply for a refund of the payment made to VedioWorks.com within 7 days of placing the order, excluding any funds that have already been spent on advertising services by VedioWorks.

The client can cancel the advertising services prior to the launch of the video campaign by notifying VedioWorks in writing to Hello@VedioWorks.com within 7 days of placing the order.
If VedioWorks refuses to provide advertising services to the client for any reason, the advertising budget will be refunded to the client in full.

If Google Ads does not approve the video for advertising, the advertising budget can be refunded to the client in full, or alternatively the client can provide another video to promote instead.

Refunds would be processed only in the condition where VedioWorks.com not been able to complete the Vedio Editing Development or Promotion service for an applicant. We at VedioWorks.com take the initiative to communicate such conditions with applicants that for a reason, Vedio Editing development or promotion process is not been able to complete and we are processing their refund. VedioWorks.com process the refunds either by same mode in which payment has received or check/demand draft issued in the name of applicant who place the order. Taking in to the consideration that all sales & orders made on the website are final and VedioWorks.com services are non-transferable. Refunds requests on others / someone else behalf would not be entertained.

Refund process might take 7 to 21 working days time where payments have been made via online channels like credit card / debit card / net banking etc. As and when we receive your refund request, we forward it to the payment gateways. Payment Gateways verify the requests to avoid any fraudulent activity and once get satisfied, revert the amount to the cardholder. We at VedioWorks.com makes it clear here that we do not entertain any credit card / online transaction charge backs.
