Website Visitors

Like most website operators, VedioWorks collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. VedioWorks purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how VedioWorks visitors use its website.

VedioWorks also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. VedioWorks only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Billing Information

When you make payment for a video campaign, we collect, but do not store, your credit card number. When you enter your credit card number, it is sent directly to Stripe, our Third Party payment provider, and bypasses our databases entirely. You agree that our Third Party payment providers and processors may collect and store your billing address and credit card information on our behalf, and that we may change our payment provider and processor at any time for any reason.

VedioWorks collects your billing address. Full credit card numbers are never visible to VedioWorks employees and we will not modify your credit card number or billing address under any circumstances. You agree that our Third Party payment processors may collect and store your billing address and credit card information on our behalf. We only use Third Parties providing sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures.

We use this information to create correct invoices for your payments. We don’t use this information in any other way.

Campaign Information

Upon creating a campaign with us we save the URL of your video and collect public information about your channel (subscribers, URL) and the public information from your video (title, views, likes, dislikes, comments, video length). We store all information you have entered on our website such as regions, countries, gender, interests)

We setup a Google Advertising account for your campaign to promote your video. For reporting purposes, we pull all information from there into your campaign dashboard, such as countries it was promoted, views, gender of the views, operating systems and browsers.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about the use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google.

We use Google Adwords for remarketing

We use the remarketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example not finishing their video campaign setup. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser Plugin.

Who Owns Your Data?

You own the data associated with your account. And, at any time, you can securely remove your data from our servers by logging into your account and requesting such a deletion. This will be true even during a corporate merger or a corporate bankruptcy.

We only access the envelope and header information associated with your emails. The actual bodies of your emails are never downloaded or accessed within our computer systems.

When you cancel your membership, we not only securely delete all information on our servers associated with your mail account but we also delete any labels or flags we might have created – so not only will we no longer have any of your data on our servers, but also your email will look exactly like it did before you signed up with us.

If for any reason, VedioWorks.com incorporation, decides to close VedioWorks.com, all users will be contacted by email and their account information will be securely deleted from our servers in a timely manner.

And remember that we will only backup meta data – never the actual envelopes so once securely deleted there is no possible place to recover them from.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain via the website. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
